Hi ......., Your question was: "If God is the light and can go outside of time, at the same time - who is the light? How does He go outside of time?"
Oh!...a hard one hey?
Let's go back to the beginning of the Bible where we read about God telling us what happened when He created everything.
It starts: "In the beginning God created...."
Beginning of what? Time!
After creating the heavens and the earth (space and matter) God turned on the light:
"Let there be light; and there was light."....on the first day, 3 days before God made the sun!

Now that God has created light (we are told He is light anyway) there are days - or time - and there have been days ever since, in fact this is where we get 7 days in our week.
Even astronauts sort of go outside time in space because they don't see normal days of sunlight. They count their orbits around Earth while we count days using sunlight on Earth.
G'day .........,
You were asking: "Would God send someone to help other life forms?"Surprisingly, all animals were originally herbivorous - they only ate plants, seeds, fruit etc. No animals ate each other and people were not permitted by God to eat the meat from animals. This good scene was all ruined when Man disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden.
God hated seeing all the violence but waited 1656 years before flooding the Earth, when unfortunately many animals died but at least all kinds were preserved in the ark with Noah and his family.
The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ will return to judge the Earth and rule as King of kings and Lord of lords, then there will be total peace on Earth for 1000 years: "The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, the lion shall eat straw like the ox.....they shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, says the Lord."
Yes, God will send Someone to help other life forms.
Hi .......,
Q. "If God created the world for good, why are bad things happening?"God did create the world for good, in fact He said it was 'very good'. He even planted a garden for man to tend and enjoy - 'Bon Appetit!' There was only one rule in the whole world but people liked hearing the serpent's suggestion:
"You will be like God..."
Okay there are lots of bad things happening, unbelievably sickening stuff, but the TV news is just giving us a taste of what's in store for a world that has not only nailed Jesus on the cross but proudly thinks that science has proved God doesn't even exist.
Thank God, He is holding back the forces of evil because He wants everyone to be saved, while pride stops them.I don't know about you, but there is still plenty of pride and badness in my heart.
